Liver Blend Essential Oil

The oils in this blend have been known to support liver and lymphatic system detoxification. Negative emotions such as anger and hate are stored in the liver, creating toxicity and leading to sickness and disease. Liver Blend also helps break addictions to substances such as coffee, alcohol, drugs, and tobacco.

Ingredients:

Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) - may calm and relieve restlessness, tension, insomnia, and muscle tension. Chamomile helps heal cuts, scrapes, and bruises, and is anti-infectious. It may relieve allergies and expel toxins from the liver. It is used extensively in Europe for skin care.

Ledum (Ledum groenlandicum) - is anti-inflammatory, antitumoral, anti-bacterial, diuretic, hepatoprotectant, and decongestant. Ledum is a strongly aromatic herb that has been used for centuries in folk medicine. The native people of Eastern Canada used this herb for tea, as a general tonic, and to treat a variety of kidney-related problems. Ledum has helped protect the native people of North America against scurvy for thousands of years. The Cree Indians used it for fevers and colds.

Carrot Seed (Daucus carota) - is widely used in European folk medicine for the treatment of jaundice and hepatic disorders. It has tonic action on the liver and gallbladder.

German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) - has been a highly respected oil for over 3,000 years and has been used for helping skin conditions such as dermatitis, boils, acne rashes, and eczema. It is also used for hair care, burns, cuts, toothaches, teething pains, inflamed joints, menopausal problems, insomnia, migraine headaches, and stress-related complaints.

Celery Seed (Apium graveolens) - has been used traditionally to treat arthritis and muscle spasm. With antibacterial and diuretic properties, celery seed oil has been used to help flush bacteria and minerals that can cause kidney and bladder stones. Lab animal studies have shown that celery seed prevents liver damage caused by toxic chemicals. Do no use this oil if you are pregnant.

Application: Apply over the liver or use as a hot compress. Massage the Vita Flex points on the feet or dilute with a vegetable or massage oil and apply Raindrop-style along the spine.

Companion Oil: Digestive Blend.

Safety Data: This blend may be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental eye contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye and call doctor if necessary. Never use water to dilute or rinse.
