Male Blend Essential Oil

This blend is beneficial for both men and women. It may help to decongest the prostate and promote greater hormonal balance. Some women have found that it reduces hot flashes. (Generally, Male Blend helps women age 30 and older, and Female Blend is for younger women.)

Ingredients:

Clary Sage(Salvia sclarea) - balances the hormones. It contains natural sclareol, a phytoestrogen that mimics estrogen function. It may help with menstrual cramps, PMS, pre-menopause systems, circulatory problems.

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) - is antispasmodic, antiseptic, and stimulating to the circulatory and respiratory systems. With its hormone-like activity, it may help facilitate childbirth and increase lactation after birthing.

Sage (Salvia officinalis) - has been used in Europe for skin conditions such as eczema, acne, and dandruff. It has been recognized for its benefits of strengthening the vital centers. It may help in relieving depression and mental fatigue. Sage contains sclareol, which stimulates the body to produce its own fatigue. Like its cousin clary sage, sage is known for supporting the body during PMS and menopause. The Lakota Indians used sage for purification and healing, and to dispel negative emotions from denial and sexual abuse, as well as a complete body tonic for healing and strength.

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) - decongests the prostate and balances hormones. It is anti-inflammatory, reduces scarring, and helps with nerve inflammation.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) - is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion. Jean Valnet, MD, studied the beneficial effects of peppermint on the liver and respiratory systems. Daniel Penoel, MD, reports that it may help to reduce fevers, candida, nausea, vomiting, and strengthen the respiratory system. Adding peppermint oil to drinking water helps cool body temperature during hot weather.

Application:

Apply to Vita Flex points on the ankles. Massage over the lower pelvis or apply as a hot compress directly on other areas of concern.

Companion Oils:

Glandular Blend, clary sage, and sage.

Safety Data:

This blend may be irritating to those with sensitive skin. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental eye contact, put a few drops of any pure vegetable oil in the eye and call your doctor if necessary. Never use water to dilute or rinse.
