- d-Lenolate® is available in 60 count-bottles of 500 mg capsules. For ease of swallowing a smaller 120 mg capsule is available (d-Lenolate® for Childern) in 60-count bottle.
The amount of d-Lenolate® you should take varies according to the reason you are taking it.
For maintenance of good health and increased energy, 1-2 capsules daily is sufficient.
