Vegan Greens 2017 Vegan Health & Fitness Top Superfood Powder
Vegan Greens is a careful selection of only quality, organic, and freeze-dried land and sea vegetables combined with a synergistic blend of herbs, super fruits, enzymes, and probiotics. It has been formulated to help support digestion, a healthy alkaline pH balance, detoxification and daily nutrition. Containing 25 billion probiotics per serving, it also contains an organic super land plant blend containing wheat, alfalfa, barley, oat grasses and other greens that support daily wellness.
Genesis Today’s Vegan Greens contains a rich blend of dark, leafy greens that grow on land and in oceans all over the world. Dark green leafy plants such as spinach, kale and kelp are considered superfoods since they are packed with Vitamins A, C and K as well as iron, calcium, magnesium and other essential minerals.
Vegan Greens also contains flax seeds which are rich in lignans, a type of phytonutrient found in some seeds, fruits and vegetables but most abundantly in flax. Flax seeds are also an important source of Omega-3 fatty acids, particularly alpha-linolenic acid which is found in other seeds and nuts.
In addition to more common varieties of green superfoods, Vegan Greens also contains spirulina, a type of cyanobacteria similar to blue-green algae found in salt water and some large fresh water lakes. Spirulina is considered by some to be a complete food on its own since it contains many essential vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and 18 different amino acids.
Directions: Mix one (1) packet of Greens into 6 to 8 oz. of water or beverage of choice and stir briskly.
