Carway Seed oil, Bosnia is redistilled and therefore not as harsh as crude caraway. The aroma is herbal and slightly "dill-like" but has some lighter warm-bitter nuances. Some describe it as reminiscent of rye bread. This most recent commerical grade lot is from a large Bulgarian producer.
